In Ndiowu, Orumba North local government area of Anambra State, a woman named Felicia Nwosu was arrested alongside her daughter, Chinenye Nwosu, for removing the underage children of the widow of her deceased son.
Mrs. Sharon Nwosu, a widow, filed a complaint with the Anambra Ministry of Women and Social Welfare, which led to the arrest over the weekend.
The widow, a local of Enumbom Ndiowu, who was wildly in tears at the workplace of the Ladies Issues Chief, Hon. Hon Ify Obinabo, while portraying her difficulty, expressed her parents in law took her two kids from a large number of her better half's passing and blamed her for killing him.
As per Sharon, the issue began after she wouldn't give up her late spouse's PC and telephone to Ifeanyi Nwosu, a more youthful sibling of her late husband who requested to claim the said property.
She said she was stunned that such a solicitation was made a couple of days after her late spouse's death.
Sharon uncovered that the parents in law requested that she hand over the PC so the more youthful sibling would have the option to assume control over the agreement her late spouse who was a planner recently got, cautioning her not to tell anybody.
