SERAP Calls on Tinubu to Investigate Misuse of $4.6bn Loans

SERAP has urged President Tinubu to investigate the alleged mismanagement of a $1.5 billion World Bank loan distributed among Nigeria’s 36 states and Abuja, as well as $3.1 billion in Chinese loans taken by the Federal Government.
SERAP emphasizes the need for accountability and prosecution of those involved if sufficient evidence is found, warning that impunity will persist if high-ranking officials remain unpunished.
